Dr Kay Weijers (Doctor of Coaching and Mentoring), has joined Praestamus as our first associate coach and coach supervisor. October 2021 – Delivering Chartered Management Institute accredited training to colleges in the North East.

Since becoming a recognised Registered Centre with the CMI in August 2021, Praestamus has worked alongside Ian Harris at Train Visual to develop a new and groundbreaking Instructional Coaching course accredited at Level 5. August 2021 – Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Registered Centre approval given.

Following three months of planning and development, Praestamus Ltd has become the latest CMI Registered Centre and aims to soon be delivering high quality accredited leadership and management coaching training. December 2020 – Contract agreed with CDS Defence and Security to provide Executive Coaching to senior Army Commanding Officers.

It is with great excitement that Praestamus Ltd, within a week of starting trading, has commenced working with CDS Defence and Security (CDS DS) to provide executive coaching to the British Army.  Based at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in Surrey, the Army’s General Staff Centre recently began a programme to provide senior officers (transitioning into their first command role) support through the provision of executive coaching. December 2020 – Praestamus Ltd is launched.

In 2011 whilst working as a commissioned officer within the Royal Navy, James Mallabone began delivering coaching training to staff and trainers to the British Army’s communications specialists, the Royal Signals.  As the training operations manager within the 11th, Royal School of Signals, Signal Regiment (11 (RSS) Sig Regt) James was tasked to develop training staff in any appropriate way to improve the professionalisation of the training cadre.  The seeds were sown to personally and …
