Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Accredited Training
In Autumn 2021 Praestamus Ltd became a Registered Centre with the CMI to deliver coaching related training. We currently deliver Level 3 and Level 5 (Award, Certificate and Diploma) Management Coaching Mentoring qualifications and we’re developing Level 7 (Award, Certificate and Diploma) Leadership Coaching and Mentoring qualifications too.
In October 2021 we partnered with Train Visual who provide support to Higher Education and Further Education colleges through the use of an online App that supports teachers develop new Evidence Based Teaching techniques (these are called HOW2s). To support this programme we developed a 4-day Instructional Coaching Course that is delivered in conjunction with Train Visual’s HOW2 methodology and resources App, which became accredited with CMI at Level 5 and has now been delivered to seven colleges across the UK and, in early 2022, to a community and technical college in West Virginia, USA.
Bespoke training
Praestamus is happy to discuss any bespoke coaching and mentoring training requirements with you that your organisation needs. Training could range from half-day coaching workshops to courses longer in duration that specifically meet your needs. As a test user of multiple psychometric tolls, our bespoke training can also include opportunities to explore personality and how differences can be used as strengths to achieve better team cohesion and success. Our psychometric tools currently include: Myers-Briggs (MBTI Step 1), Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behaviour (FIRO-B), 16 Personality Factors (16PF), and Thomas Killman Inventory (TKI) psychometric tools.
