Following three months of planning and development, Praestamus Ltd has become the latest CMI Registered Centre and aims to soon be delivering high quality accredited leadership and management coaching training.
Over the coming months Praestamus aims to develop coaching training at Levels 3, 5 and 7 to meet a range of needs in the workplace. Initially focus will be on working with Train Visual to develop an Instructional Coaching course accredited at Level 5. In time a suite of modules and courses will be available for both individuals and groups to attend. Delivery will also be flexible to allow self-paced learning online, or through more intensive training face-to-face in the workplace.
The Chartered Management Institute is the only Leadership and Management institution to carry a Royal Charter. Students attending a course with Praestamus Ltd will receive free membership of the institution for the period of their study. Additionally, students gain access to a vast array of online resources aimed to support leaders and managers including opportunities for mentoring (or to mentor others), access to leading leadership, management and coaching journals and other publications and career support, such as CV development.
Costs for training are still to be determined, but a range of options will be available depending on whether a participant is self-funding or is sponsored (through their employer) and whether they choose to self-study or study online or face to face. Opportunities will also be explored to enable subsidised training to UK Armed Forces veterans.
